How quickly do orders ship?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries. Customs delays and local import regulations are the responsibility of the recipient. Certain destinations may require additional documentation.
How are peptides shipped to maintain stability?
Peptides are lyophilized, sealed under inert gas, and shipped with ice packs in insulated packaging. Upon receipt, immediately transfer to -20°C freezer storage.
What is your return/refund policy?
Because these are perishable research compounds, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. If a vial arrives damaged or with incorrect labeling, please contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
What if my cold pack is warm on arrival?
Lyophilized peptides are remarkably stable at room temperature for several weeks. Independent stability studies confirm no degradation occurs during standard transit times. However, if you have concerns, contact us immediately and we will replace the order free of charge.
How should peptides be stored long-term?
Store lyophilized vials at -20°C in a non-frost-free freezer, protected from light and moisture. Properly stored, peptides remain stable for 3–5 years.
What is the best way to reconstitute peptides?
Most researchers reconstitute with bacteriostatic water or sterile acetic acid (for certain sequences). Always follow the specific recommendations listed on the product technical data sheet.
