Refunds and Return Policy

Because Nationwide Peptides products are research materials, general returns are not accepted. Returns are accepted only when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible Claims

• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Items that do not match the product ordered

Opened or used products are not returnable for preference-based or general returns. Defective-product claims are reviewed using the order details and supporting evidence.

Replacements and Refunds

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement. Exchanges are not accepted. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method after any required return is received and inspected. Financial institutions may require 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Return Shipping

If a physical return is required, Nationwide Peptides will provide return instructions.

How to Submit a Claim

Contact [email protected] with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted before shipment, but cancellation is not guaranteed once order processing has begun. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.
